Q: Can I run my Summit Lithium battery below freezing?
A: Yes, you can use the battery in below freezing temperatures. However, you must not charge a lithium battery below 32°F or permanent damage to the cells may occur. Always warm the battery before charging in cold weather.

Q: Do your batteries have a built-in BMS?
A: Yes — the Battery Management System protects against over-charging, over-discharging, and temperature extremes while extending battery life.

Q: What’s the difference between 20Ah, 32Ah, and 52Ah models?
A: 20Ah — Lightweight power for smaller 7-9″ sonar units.
32Ah — All-day runtime for 9-10″ setups.
52Ah — Maximum runtime for 10-12″ and multi-screen configurations.

Q: How should I store my battery in the off-season?
A: Store between 40–80°F and at roughly 30–60 % charge. Check and top off every 60–90 days to keep the cells healthy.

Q: How do I start a warranty claim?
A: Email sales@summitlithium.com with your proof of purchase. Most issues are solved with quick troubleshooting, but if needed, we’ll help you ship the product back under our 5-year warranty.

Q: What chargers work best?
A: Use only approved 16.8 V Summit Lithium chargers. Do not charge below 32°F or above 113°F.

Q: Where can I buy Summit Lithium batteries?
A: Directly from Summit Lithium or through authorized dealers listed on our site. We do not authorize sales on eBay or Facebook Marketplace.

Q: What is my password for the Summit Lithium app?
A: The password is 999000
