Order Fulfillment
At Summit Lithium, we strive to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe refers to processing and preparing your order for shipment and does not include the time in transit. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, the shipping method selected at checkout will determine the delivery time. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening, it will be fulfilled on the following Monday. If you select 2-day shipping, your order should arrive by Wednesday. Please keep in mind that shipping days refer to business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once the package has been handed off to the carrier, the responsibility for timely delivery is out of our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays or errors made by the shipping carrier.
Holiday & Sale Periods
During busy periods such as holidays or sale events, there may be delays in both fulfillment and shipping times due to high demand. While we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates during these times. Please plan accordingly and understand that such delays are beyond our control.
Shipping Restrictions & International Orders
Currently, we ship within the U.S. only (or specify regions if international shipping is available). Any international shipping will have extended delivery times based on customs and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to follow your package’s journey. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, please reach out to the carrier with your tracking number.

Returns
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Due to the nature of Lithium batteries, we must charge a 10% restocking fee If returned in new condition. If the battery and packaging is not in new condition, we have the right to refuse return or will charge for damages.
To be eligible for a return, your battery must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase and prior written authorization from Summit Lithium are required before sending any return.
Because Summit Lithium batteries are classified as hazardous materials, they must be shipped following lithium battery shipping regulations. Customers will need to bring their return to a UPS or FedEx store, where a proper lithium-approved shipping label and packing will be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within several business days.
All refunds are subject to up to a 10% restocking fee.
No Refunds on Sale Price Adjustments
If you purchase a product prior to a sale or promotion, we do not offer refunds or adjustments for the price difference. Unauthorized returns of items purchased before a sale period will not be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For lithium batteries, do not ship your battery yourself. Due to hazmat restrictions, batteries must be dropped off at a UPS or FedEx store for proper labeling and packaging.
If shipping a product valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Summit Lithium is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
